RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We carefully select high-quality brands for your little ones and wish that you will be pleased with your order. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we happily accept returns if the item you have received is damaged, unsuitable for use or you have simply changed your mind. We offer you a refund or store credit excluding charged shipping/delivery cost within 7 days of receipt by contacting us through e-mail. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorized.
- Please make sure your items and returned are unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the designer garments still attached.
- It must also be in the original packaging, including tags, boxes and pouches.
- Swimwear must have their original hygiene liner attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. All shipping charges related to returns are at your expense. we do not cover return shipping costs and take no responsibility for loss of items being returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late/missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
For Domestic Orders: you are more than welcome if you would like to exchange your purchase within 7 days of receipt providing it meets our exchange policy. The exchange policy does not apply to goods that have been used, washed, damaged or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. You must provide a proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the exchange can be authorized. We reserve the right to deny any exchanges if the product returned does not meet our exchange policy requirements.
For International Orders: In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer International product exchanges. You may return your item within 7 days of receipt for store credit and then use the store credit to purchase a replacement size, color, or alternative item/s (refer to returns policy). Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Accessories, dummies, dummy holders, teethers, teething necklaces and sale items.
